Silence Sessions

Silence Sessions began in the Spring of 2006 as a local music television show for the city of Abilene. Today Silence Sessions is a concert series that a Silence Production staff members put on anywhere but can primarily be found in Abilene, Texas and typically held at Monks Coffee & Music.

Cadence Weapon: "In Search Of The Youth Crew"

November 1st 2007, Cadence Weapon toured through Abilene, Texas to play a Spune/Silence Production show at Monks with Final Fantasy. The video above was captured by the A Silence Production crew who caught Rollie Pemberton and DJ Weez, aka Cadence Weapon, trying out some of their new songs from their latest LP, Afterparty Babies. Speaking of After parties, wouldn't you have liked to been in Abilene when Cadence Weapon rocked a sweet after show DJ set at the Homer Hiccolm & the Rocketboy house, appropriately titled: the Palace. No footage of that, you'll just have to make the trip for those moments.
